Clinitricks — AI-Led Clinic Management

About

Clinic software,
refined in real practice.

One screen for the queue, the consultation, the prescription, and the invoice. Mobile-first. Offline-ready. Compliant by default. Here's the philosophy behind it.

Most clinic software is a museum. Heavy menus, brittle workflows, and a learning curve that takes weeks to flatten. Receptionists work around it, doctors lose minutes per patient, and the clinic ends up paying twice — once for the licence, again in lost time.

Clinitricks started with one question: what would clinic software look like if it were designed around how the day actually flows? Morning queue, consultation, prescription, invoice, follow-up — one screen, one tool, no juggling.

We built the first version inside a working clinic. Every feature was tested in a live operating environment before it shipped. When a workflow felt awkward, we changed it. When a feature wasn't being used, we removed it. The features that survived are the ones that earn their place every single day.

That's the bar we still hold. Clinical workflows are reviewed by practising clinicians before they reach you. Updates are small, reversible, and aimed at saving the team a minute, not impressing a stakeholder. The product gets quieter as it gets more useful.

How we build

Four rules we don't break.

Clinical first

If a workflow doesn't earn its place in the daily routine of a working clinic, it doesn't ship. We'd rather skip a feature than build one nobody uses.

No dark patterns

No hidden fees. No auto-upgrade billing. No "cancel anytime — but only after three emails". The easiest upgrade button is always "Start free".

Data is yours

Your patient data belongs to you. Export it anytime, in standard formats. Leaving us should be as easy as joining.

Compliance is a feature

Encryption at rest, audit logs, right-to-erasure, session security — designed in from the first migration, not bolted on later.

Run your clinic on software that gets out of your way.

One tool for the day. No bloat. No re-training every month.
